At TWOTONE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read below for our return and refund policy.
Refunds
We do not offer automatic refunds. We encourage you to carefully check all product details and sizing information before making your purchase. However, if you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us through our email, twotonebrand@outlook.com or shoot us a message through our Instagram page within [14 days] of receiving your item. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances, but are not guaranteed.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will happily arrange for an exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Within [14 days] of receiving your order
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. We may require a photo of the faulty or incorrect item to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Sale Items
Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Shipping Costs
For returns and exchanges that are approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
